How do we operate?

  • Emergency medical transfer is requested through GAA helpline.
  • Once medical history and other details are collected, the medical team assesses if patient is fit for air travel and decides on first aid or medical assistance required during flight.
  • If the patient has to be uplifted and after taking the consent on the Costing, the pilot, paramedics and ground staff are notified and clearance are sought.

  • If patient needs to be airlifted, the pilots, paramedics and ground staff are notified and clearances are sought.
  • The landing site and ground transportation after flight will be decided and patients or concerned persons will be notified.
  • Patient is then airlifted and transferred to preferred healthcare facility.
  • During flight, patient conditions are constantly monitored with emergency critical care provided by the medical team if required.
